MINISTRIES
The Lord has blessed us with a heart to serve our church, our families and our community. Below you will find a brief description of the ministries the Lord has put on our hearts as New Day Family Church. It is our desire to see people saved, discipled and using their God given gifts to grow the Kingdom of God.
Kid's Ministry
Children are a treasure from the Lord. To meet the need of our kids we have divided into 2 groups:
SUPER KIDS provides grades 2-6th with a God centered life application approach to the Word of God, Spirit-filled prayer time, along with fun and entertaining ways to help kids learn.
MIGHTY MINIS is for ages from 2-7 years old, laying for them a foundation that simply teaches the Old Testament and the Gospel. Helping them to know that Jesus loves them always.
Tree of Life Food Pantry
Our pantry style food bank works in conjunction with the Oregon Food Bank to feed the hungry of Washington County. We typically are open the 2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month from 10am to 12:00pm. Our heart is to serve any one in our community regardless of belief, race or moral standing. All are welcome!
(We are closed for special church events and some Holidays. See Closed dates of Tree of Life Food Pantry page)
Men's Ministry
Men's Ministry is about entering into authentic relationships with Jesus and one another. Meeting to seek God and walk out His personal design for men as leaders, husbands and fathers, friends and businessmen. To implement the Word and fellowship with one another.
Women's Ministry
Women's Ministry is about the desire to walk in God's plan for our lives - to discover God's will and purpose and then to live it out in all areas of life. Meeting to discover His divine purpose as leaders, wives and mothers, friends and so much more. To activate the Word and to strengthen and encourage one another.
Prayer Ministry
We believe in the power of prayer! Praying is as simple as having a conversation with God. Prayer is giving thanksgiving to the Lord, calling on Him in the Name of Jesus and declaring His Word in our lives. Prayer is vital in our daily lives.
